Thought to be Europe’s biggest street festival, Notting Hill Carnival is always an unmissable, vibrant, MASSIVE event. This Caribbean carnival in West London has been running since 1964 and regularly attracts hundreds of thousands of revellers. Last year’s Notting Hill Carnival had over a million visitors, according to the BBC. With loads of Caribbean food stalls, live music and dancing, and a stunning parade, it’s the best place to spend your August Bank Holiday weekend.

As you can imagine, London transport gets quite busy on Carnival weekend, and accommodation in the area is highly sought after. We’ve found a few hotels with availability for Notting Hill Carnival, here are some of the best ones:
